RETURN POLICY 退貨政策
The product must be sent back in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags intact.
You will be responsible for any fees related to the return of your product including shipping.
How to return a product
- Ensure that your product is still eligible in accordance with our 7-day return policy
- Get in touch with us at Contact Us – proving a receipt or proof of purchase, a picture of the item(s) bought and reason for applying for a return.
- We will provide the appropriate return address required for shipping.
- Once inspected and accepted for return, a refund will be issued.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. It can take up to 7-10 days business day to appear on your account.

If 7 days have passed since you received your order or you bought the item(s) on sale, we can’t offer a return. Only regular priced items qualify.
